The KF-JN-02 features a fully intelligent heating function with two distinct extraction modes:

• Cold Water Extraction — pour cold water directly into the stainless steel water tank and long-press the power button to extract immediately; ideal for cold brew-style espresso or when you're in a hurry
• Hot Water Extraction — double-click the power button to activate the heating function; the upgraded stainless steel water tank heats your water to 92°C within 5 minutes, then automatically extracts for 70 seconds — producing a richer, more aromatic result

For the best flavour and fullest crema, hot water extraction is always recommended.
