Where does EditWell ship to?
We currently ship to the UK and a growing list of international destinations. If your country isn’t supported at checkout, just drop us a message and we’ll do our best to help.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping option you choose. Most UK orders arrive within 6–12 business days, and international deliveries may take a little longer. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

I just placed an order, but didn’t get a confirmation email.
No worries! Sometimes confirmation emails end up in your spam or promotions folder, so make sure to check there. If it’s still missing, reach out to us with your name and the email you used at checkout, and we’ll resend it for you.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’d be happy to change or cancel it. Just email us as soon as possible with your order number. We process orders quickly, so the sooner you contact us, the better.

What’s your return and refund policy?
We offer 90-day hassle-free returns. If something’s not quite right, just get in touch with us to start the return process. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. Once we receive your return, we’ll issue your refund within a few business days.

Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes! Most of our items include a 3-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. If anything goes wrong, reach out with your order number and a photo or details of the issue — we’ll make it right.

Do you offer gift cards or gift wrapping?
We don’t offer gift wrapping at the moment, but EditWell gift cards are available for anyone who wants to send a thoughtful present.
