Shipping Policy – How We Get Your Goods to You

We know how exciting it is to get something new, so we do everything we can to get your order to your doorstep quickly, safely, and with care. Here’s how our shipping works at EditWell.

We process orders within 1–3 business days. Once your order is on its way, you'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, so you can follow every step of the journey. We work with trusted carriers and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery.

For UK orders, shipping typically takes between 6 to 12 business days depending on the product and your location. Some items may arrive sooner, others may take a little longer – especially during busy seasons or for remote areas. We’ll always keep you updated and do our best to avoid surprises.

We currently offer international shipping to selected countries. If your region isn’t showing at checkout, feel free to reach out to us and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

Sometimes, your order may arrive in multiple packages. This is totally normal and just means your items are coming from different fulfilment centres to get to you faster.

Shipping is free for all orders over £100. For orders under that total, a flat shipping fee may apply, clearly visible at checkout — no hidden charges, ever.

While we do our best to avoid them, delays can happen due to customs, weather, or postal disruptions. If your delivery is taking longer than expected, don’t worry — just contact us at support@editwell.co.uk and we’ll step in to help sort it out.

Make sure your delivery address is correct when you place your order. If there’s a mistake, let us know as soon as possible. Once your parcel is shipped, address changes or redirection may not be possible.
