We get it — sometimes things don’t work out, and that’s totally okay. At EditWell, we want you to shop with confidence, which is why we offer a 14-day hassle-free return policy on eligible items.
If something you ordered isn’t quite right, you can request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your item. Just make sure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
To start a return, simply email us at support@editwell.co.uk with your order number and a quick note about what you’d like to return or exchange. We’ll guide you through the next steps — nice and simple.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we’ve received and inspected the returned item. This usually takes a few business days, depending on your bank. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process so you’re never left guessing.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as expected, please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll make it right quickly — whether that’s a replacement, repair, or full refund.
Please note that some items (like gift cards, personalised items, or final sale products) may not be eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or defective — but we’ll always explain clearly.
